Flat Rate: $395
Our flat-rate euthanasia appointment includes:
- In-home veterinary visit
- Sedation medications to help your pet relax comfortably
- Peaceful euthanasia procedure
- Time for family to say goodbye
- Coordination of aftercare arrangements if requested
- Transportation to the crematorium, if desired

Quality of Life Consultations
We offer compassionate quality of life consultations to help families assess their pet’s comfort, mobility, appetite, and overall well-being. These visits are designed to provide guidance, support, and honest discussion when facing difficult end-of-life decisions.
Virtual / Phone Consultation — $95
Includes:
- Discussion of quality of life concerns
- Guidance regarding comfort, mobility, appetite, and daily activities
- Discussion of hospice care vs. euthanasia
- Time for family questions and support
In-Home Quality of Life Consultation — $195
Includes:
- In-home assessment and examination
- Discussion of quality of life and comfort
- Guidance regarding next steps and end-of-life planning
- Personalized recommendations and family support
If euthanasia services are scheduled within 7 days of the consultation, the consultation fee will be applied toward the cost of the euthanasia appointment.

Travel Fee
Additional travel fees may apply depending on location and distance from our primary service area.
After-Hours / Urgent Appointments
Additional fees may apply for evenings, weekends, holidays, or urgent same-day appointments.
Cremation & Memorial Services
We partner with Sorrento Valley Pet Cemetery for cremation and memorial services. They offer both private and communal cremation options, as well as a variety of keepsakes and memorial items, including paw prints and urns.
Payment for cremation and memorial services will be made directly to Sorrento Valley Pet Cemetery. Additional information regarding available services and pricing can be found on their website.
Appointment Policies & Client Acknowledgement
Prior to the appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Pets with a history of aggression, fearfulness, or biting behavior must be disclosed in advance so appropriate planning and safety precautions can be taken.
- Owners are responsible for safely securing aggressive pets prior to and during the appointment if requested.
- Clients must notify us ahead of time if their pet has a potentially contagious condition or infectious disease.
- While every effort is made to ensure a peaceful and comfortable experience, individual responses to medications and procedures can vary depending on a pet’s medical condition.
- Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged in advance.
